Jobbet:

Din primære arbejdsopgaver vil strække sig bredt, hvorfor du vil skulle bruge alle dine kompetencer, samtidig med, at du forhåbentlig tillærer dig flere.

Du vil referere direkte til Senior Vice President of Operations & HR og blive en del af dette team. Du kommer til at arbejde bredt med alle administrative opgaver og aflaste din nærmeste leder med praktiske opgaver bl.a. i forhold til rekrutteringsprocessen men også i mange andre facetter af HR-paletten.

Derudover kommer du til at arbejde med:

  • HR-administration herunder ferieregistrering og sygefravær.
  • Overblik over arbejdstilladelser samt ansøgninger omkring samme.
  • Bistå i samarbejdet med blandt andet pensionsselskab og andre.
  • Opdatering af politikker, personalehåndbog osv.
  • Refusionsansøgninger til bl.a. barselsfonden.
  • Sikre en fortsat sund og god kultur.
  • Assistere i search-processer efter nye kollegaer.
  • Sikre indkaldelse af kandidater til samtaler, opfølgning og en struktureret tilbagemelding på samme.

Er du den rette?

Du har en baggrund som HR-konsulent, HR assistent, HR koordinater eller tilsvarende. Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er sekundær. Du har tidligere været en del af ansættelsesprocesser, eller som minimum er det et krav at du har arbejdet med search-delen enten internt eller fra et anerkendt konsulenthus.
Det er dog essentielt, at du har kendskab til dansk personalejura og har en stor passion for HR og mennesker.

Du må meget gerne have erfaring med:

  • At arbejde i et internationalt miljø.
  • HR-administration.
  • HR-systemer, vi benytter bla. Sympa og Elvium.
  • Indgående erfaring med Office pakken.
  • Erfaring med brug af Linkedin recruiter er en fordel.

Hvis du er certificeret i enten DISC eller MPA vil det være en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Du er selvkørende og er god til at balancere flere opgaver på samme tid. Du er kendt for at være ærekær omkring dit arbejde, ligesom du er en god kollega, som ikke er bleg for at påtage dig differentierende opgaver.

Da vi har kollegaer fra 25 lande, er det et krav, at du behersker både dansk og engelsk.

UX Designer / Digital Product Designer

Our mission is to give apps with potential the chance to be successful in the competitive app marketplace, and to support this we need more UX designers to be part of our newly established Product team.

You will work closely together with both your product team, developers, designers, and QAs.

You will be part of every process right from the initial idea, giving your input as our design expert, while focusing both on our end-users, app publishers, and of course our own business. You will design positive user experiences and intuitive interfaces for a wide variety of culturally diverse audiences stretching from the Americas in the West to Japan in the East, and even the very southern tips of New Zealand and Argentina. If you love the idea of designing for millions of users worldwide, innovating, exploring, and experimenting with new and sometimes crazy ideas through rapid prototyping then this is the perfect job for you.

Besides the above, your main tasks will be:

  • Sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Facilitating internal workshops with different stakeholders.
  • User-tests.
  • Advocate UI/UX design standards.
  • Guidelines and strategies for creating cohesive experiences.
  • Find opportunities within the industry, think outside the box, and dare to experiment with new ideas.
  • Have a curiosity about the app-tech industry, with a sense of both possibilities and limitations within hardware and software.

To be successful in this position, we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years experience from a similar position.
  • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Experience from a SaaS company or mobile/app company will be a distinct advantage and get you off the ground faster.
  • You can be self-taught or have a relevant educational background.

Do you want to take ownership of one of our main products in the Ad-tech industry?

Our future platform is in the final stage of its first big release. To drive the platform including its new products further to the next many stages, we need a dedicated Product Owner.

Our mission is to give apps with potential the chance to be successful in the competitive app marketplace, and you will be the Product Owner of the main platform to support this.

You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer being part of our newly built product team. You will work closely together with both your product team, developers, designers, and QAs.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Write product specs, requirements, short descriptions, and business cases.
  • Provide direction to the agile development teams and stakeholders.
  • Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and the business.
  • Ensure industry research.
  • Understand and analyze stakeholder needs and constraints.
  • Extract and interpret data from various sources to come up with creative suggestions for how we can drive the product further.
  • Participate in product development of product roadmap.
  • Maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Participate in release planning.

Qualifications to become successful:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a product owner in the IT/app industry.
  • Preferably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within IT or similar, but it is not a requirement.
  • Technically competent and a fast learner, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and methods.
  • Have experience with developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Strong familiarity with UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and a good record of product execution.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The team develops internal and customer-facing tools to assist in investing in apps and tracking the progress of these investments.

You will be developing a wide range of tools for making and tracking investments, predicting return of investment, reporting tools, and customer-facing web solutions to attract and assist investors and app owners to use our unique technology.

Are you our next coding ninja?

  • You have years of experience creating excellent code combined with an educational background supporting your skills.
  • Node.js / Javascript and SQL (preferably PostgreSQL) have been part of your everyday used toolbox for several years.
  • It will also be useful to know both Java, Python, and Matlab/Octave/R.

Furthermore:

  • You are dedicated to excelling in your skills and challenging yourself.
  • You have a passion and drive for developing efficient, scalable, and robust code.
